This book is excellent reading and is inspirational for a person who doesn’t realize the difference between a employee and a rich man or woman. How it relates to a career as an employee or a self employed person versus a business and investment person. How this CashFlow Quadrant affects our lives, past and future.

In the book author distinguishes between an Employee, Self Employed, Business owner and investor. The author has placed Employee & Self Employed people on the Left side of the quadrant and is of the view that although you can make money in this quadrant but you will not get financial freedom. Financial freedom is on the right side of the quadrant i.e. where the business owners & investors lies.

Business owners owns the system of business from where the cash flows in and they generally generate their income from their assets. Investors don’t actually work their money works for them it is how intelligently they invest their money that gives them better income. While Employees & Self Employed people actually work for business owners and investors.
