Facebook drops ‘Become a Fan’ button

Facebook is one of the Web’s most popular destinations with about 50% of Facebook’s 400 million users checking in daily. With a view to expand its empire beyond its website, the company wants to turn many sites across the internet into satellites where users will be able to interact with their Facebook friends.

The first move taken by the company is they replaced ‘Become a Fan’ button on the fan page to universal ‘Like’ button. The action is taken with the foresight that the ‘Like’ button will make it easier for Web Publishers to offer more social experiences, in essence allowing Facebook friends to enjoy those sites together.

In case you like Manzeal.com Facebook Fan Page, click on the ‘Like’ button available on this page. Alternatively you can also visit manzeal.com Fan Page at http://www.facebook.com/manzealblog.

I wouldn’t say I agree 100% on some points, but you’ve got an interesting writing style. Anyway, I appreciate the quality you add to the blogosphere and that this isn’t just another abandoned, made-for-adsense site! Take care…
